As Director of Government Business Development, Brad leads US and foreign government business development efforts for Phoenix’s accelerator systems in application areas such as explosives, nuclear material & contraband detection, radiation effects testing and neutron radiography.

Brad holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Kansas State University and a MS in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology. Prior to joining Phoenix Brad spent 12 years in progressive roles with General Electric’s nuclear energy businesses. His most recent role was as Product Line Leader-Advanced Programs for GE Hitachi Nuclear Energy where he held P&L responsibility for a diverse product line including neutron radiography, isotope production & encapsulation, and nuclear reactor water chemistry. He has been inventor or co-inventor on 10 issued or pending US patents related to medical isotope processing and led the team receiving the 2011 Nuclear Energy Institute’s Top Industry Practice for Leadership and Vision.



Steve joined Phoenix in May of 2017 with a charter to drive company growth in both commercial and government sectors in collaboration with Phoenix’s sales and marketing team.  Steve has 25 years of diverse experience – start-up to large company – in technology, product, and business development in US government, commercial, and international markets with a focus on various sensing modalities and sensor systems for physical security, aerospace, and national defense.  Steve holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Lehigh University in Bethlehem, PA and an MBA in Marketing from Wright State University in Dayton, OH.  Prior to his industry roles, Steve served on active duty and in a civilian capacity with the US Air Force for over nine years supporting the intelligence community and the warfighter.



Michael joined Phoenix in December of 2020 to lead business development to expand neutron imaging services, radiation testing services, and neutron generation equipment to new applications and markets, such as medical, automotive, aerospace, defense, and other industrial manufacturing processes. Michael holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering and a MS in Nuclear Engineering from Ohio State University where he studied radiation effects on materials and neutron imaging for nuclear safeguards. Prior to joining Phoenix, Michael worked as a sales engineer in the automotive and industrial battery manufacturing industry and as an engineering manager leading new product development in the automotive industry.
