Position Overview:

Phoenix LLC seeks an enthusiastic warehouse associate to join our team.  This position will be responsible for all aspects of warehouse and production support including shipping, transferring, receiving, and pulling items to support company production activities. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast paced, and quickly changing environment. The Warehouse Associate will process and package outgoing shipments, transfer and pull inventory in our warehouse control system, and drive company vehicles and forklifts. Other responsibilities include construction of production fixtures, preparation of crating for large items, errands to pick up critical parts, and setting production floor layout.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Package and prepare items for shipment, schedule ground and air shipments, and arrange urgent (overnight and express) shipping
  • Construction of fixtures (wood, plastic, metal) in support of production
  • Set floor layouts in support of production
  • Receive and unload freight at multiple warehouse locations
  • Verify and record contents of received packages
  • Pick materials to support production
  • Daily transfer inventory between warehouses using box truck
  • Operation of forklift in support of production and other company needs
  • General cleanliness of warehouse and production floor
  • Usage of internal databases
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Minimum of 3 years warehouse experience, preferably in shipping and receiving
  • Valid driver’s license and state-required proof of auto insurance required
  • Ability to be trained in international and hazardous material shipping
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with frequently changing dynamics
  • Ability to stand entire shift
  • Ability to frequently and safely lift, carry and push/pull boxes, equipment, large parts, dock plate and other items weighing more than 50 pounds
  • Ability to physically maneuver a pallet jack and truck lift daily
  • Ability to work accurately and independently
  • Basic math and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Proven team player with experience successfully interfacing with various departments
  • Ability to interact professionally both internally and externally
  • Experience driving forklift, and box truck preferred
  • Availability to support weekend and overtime shifts preferred
